Take notice that a divorce was filed on February 20, 2024, styled Tasia Myers v. Matthew Myers in the Union County Common Pleas Court in Case No. 24-DR-0034.   The last known address of Defendant Matthew Myers is 507 W. Mary St., Bucyrus, Ohio 44820.  A Complaint for Divorce was filed, alleging: (1) the parties are incompatible; (2) the parties have lived separate and apart for more than one year; and (3) Defendant has been willfully absent for more than one year.  This posting will expire on July 17, 2024. Defendant must file an Answer to the Complaint for Divorce no later than 28 days after the expiration of this posting.  A final hearing in this matter is scheduled for August 29, 2024, at 10:30 A.M. at the Union County Common Pleas Court, 215 W. Fifth St., 2^nd floor, Marysville, Ohio 43040.
