Probate & Juvenile Divisions

The Probate & Juvenile Divisions are closed in observance of the following events. If any holiday falls on a Sunday, it will be observed on the following Monday.  If any holiday falls on a Saturday, it will be observed on the preceding Friday.

New Year’s Day (January 1^st)

Birthday of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. (Third Monday in January)

Presidents Day (Third Monday in February)

Memorial Day (Last Monday in May)

Juneteenth National Independence Day (June 19^th)

Independence Day (July 4^th)

Labor Day (First Monday in September)

Columbus Day (Second Monday in October)

Veterans Day (November 11^th)

Thanksgiving Day (Fourth Thursday in November) and the Friday immediately following Thanksgiving Day

Christmas Eve (If December 24^th falls on a weekday, the Court closes at noon)

Christmas Day (December 25^th)
